All the flower and gift deliveries will be accomplished from 10 am - 8 pm in the evening on the same day. We do not promise fixed time for your gift delivery.


Terms for sending flowers and gifts in India:

Prices are in Indian rupees, common priced gifts are delivered within India.

Most of Indian cities are covered under our flower and gift delivery service.

The time for flower and gift delivery time is from morning 10 to evening 8.

Customers wishing to send gifts and flowers to India can place their order between 10 am to 8 pm.

If the recipient is unavailable at the mentioned address Mysoregiftsflowers.com is not responsible for the same. The order will be fully chargeable, in case the order is refused for any reason we have the right to charge the order.

Customers placing order for cakes should be aware that it will not be delivered in the morning because fresh cakes from the local bakers are available only after 11 am.

Let us inform our customers that products ordered on mysoregiftsflowers.com will not 100% similar to the products displayed on our site.

But however we strive to deliver products and floral arrangement close to the display but due to locations and unavailability of similar items we may not be able to deliver the exact product.

We promise value of the product and numbers of flowers will not change but however the substitution will be equivalent or higher to the product displayed on the site.


Payment Information:

You will be directed to order and make payment through CC Avenue and Tech Process. These payment gateways are Verisign Secured Companies; they are our credit card service providers.

All customers’ orders will be charged by CC Avenue and Tech Process on user’s credit card.

We accept all the major credit cards such as American Express, Master card, Visa and more.

Items that are perishable and unpreservable in nature our local partners/ vendors will execute the delivery of the products at one single time.

If the delivery of the gifts and flowers is not successfully executed due to wrong address/ unavailability of the recipient /refusal of the order/ locked premises etc, the customer shall be charged for the order.

Mysoregiftsflowers nor its local partners will be able to agree to accept any returns of the products.

Products displayed in the catalog vary; a handmade floral arrangement will look different and is different from other arrangements. We guarantee your order of bunch, basket and bouquet of flowers is almost similar to the displayed product on the site.

Mysoregiftsflowers.com is not accountable for missed or late delivery due to inescapable situations like strike, weather conditions, curfew, war, incorrect address etc.

Mysoregiftsflowers.com reserves the right to refuse its services to any sender without any clarification; we are not responsible for more than the selling cost of the item.

Mysoregiftsflowers.com will try its best for prompt delivery; users will not be able to avail any compensation for damages, early or delayed delivery of products.

Mysoregiftsflowers.com will not be accountable for failed delivery due to wrong address of the recipient, if the gift is damaged or not handed over to the mentioned person on the order form, or the receiver stating himself/herself to be the mentioned person despite full care taken during the execution of the delivery.

The displayed products on this site do not come with any kind of guarantee. Mysoregiftsflowers.com does not claim that the items are identical; the team is not accountable for damaged product.

Mysoregiftsflowers.com promise hand delivery of the gifts to the mentioned person in the order form.

In case of unavailability of the desired product we have the right to deliver identical product, if the identical product is also not available then mysoregiftsflowers.com will call the sender and intimate asking permission to replace the order with other product or wait for the product to appear on the site.

Mysoregiftsflowers.com is not responsible for perishable gift items; they get destroyed before it reaches the recipient due to unavailability of the receiver at the said address.

If users wish to place order for embroidered sarees, then they have to place the order 15 days before the exact date of delivery.

Mysoregiftsflowers.com wants to highlight the information that the thread may vary from the displayed picture.

Special note: Photographs and matter solely belongs to the Proprietor Ms Deepali S. Gotadke, replication without her permission is crime.

Refund Policy: As Mysoregiftsflowers.com stocks perishable products users have the right to raise a complaint. The team is capable of resolving the matter at the earliest.

The customer care staff is responsible to take immediate action on the complaint. Please note: the photographs and content solely belongs to the owner Ms Deepali S. Gotadke and copying without her permission is offensive.

Customer’s cannot cancel order on the last minute, the order can be cancelled 24 hrs before the date of delivery. Full refund is guaranteed for the cancelled order.

If any objection is raised from customer’s end regarding the quality of the item, they are entitled to speak to the customer care executive through phone, e-mail or delivery boy. If the complaint is genuine we will ensure the customer receives full refund of the order amount or the product will be replaced as per customer’s interest.
